Workplace Essential Skills (WES) covers four general areas of workplace preparation: Employment Strategies, Communicating at Work, Reading at Work, and Math at Work. These sections are divided into units on specific topics; each unit presents two kinds of activities - internet activities and video activities.

You can log back in to your home space after you've opened your portfolio to an online teacher to review your work, and read his/her comments on your saved Workplace Essential Skills & GED Connection online lessons.
The Journal is your private online notebook where you can record your thoughts and questions. You can write, preview, and save new entries as well as reread, edit, and delete old entries. All entries are organized by date and time.
